These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Administration of 101ip.ru and Users regarding access to and use of the site, its sections, features and tools.

Using the site (including individual features and tools) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Site and its sections, including the tools and services hosted on it.

1.2. The Site includes, in particular:

• "My IP" — detection of public IP address, country/city (if available), ISP, ASN.
• "Speed Test" — approximate assessment of ping, download and upload speed.
• "User-Agent" — client-side browser/OS parameter detection.
• "IP / Domain" — reference information about an IP address or domain (including reverse DNS, CIDR/range from RDAP, country/city from external sources).
• Other sections — may be added, modified or removed by the Administration without notice.

1.3. First use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Features and Accuracy Limitations

2.1. Indicators generated by the Site (including geolocation, ISP/ASN, address range ownership, ping/speed) are approximate and depend on third-party services, network configuration, channel conditions, browser limitations, etc.

2.2. Speed test results do not constitute evidence of ISP service quality, as they are affected by channel load, other applications, server/network capacity, browser and OS limitations.

2.3. The Administration strives to improve accuracy and stability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness or timeliness of displayed data.

3. User Restrictions and Prohibitions

Users are prohibited from:

• posting content that violates applicable law, insults third parties or incites hatred;
• distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access to others' accounts or data;
• automated data collection (scraping) without the Administration's consent;
• using Site service results for illegal purposes;
• placing third-party advertisements without coordination with the Administration.

4. Liability

4.1. The parties are liable in accordance with applicable law.

4.2. In case of a breach, the Administration may suspend, restrict or terminate User access without prior notice.

4.3. The Administration is not responsible for failures of third-party services, hosting providers, carriers, etc.

4.4. The parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure: government actions, natural disasters, wars, power outages, network failures, and similar events.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. By using the Site, the User confirms consent to the processing of cookies and technical data necessary for service functionality.

5.2. The invalidity of any individual provision of these Terms does not affect the validity of the Terms as a whole.

6. Duration and Changes

6.1. These Terms take effect from the moment they are published on 101ip.ru and remain in force indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

6.2. The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect from the moment of publication.

6.3. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
